The City of East Moline is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project:

22^nd Ave, 29^th Ave, 30^th Ave, & 31^st Ave Utility Improvements

Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the East Moline Engineering & Maintenance Facility located at 1200 -13th Avenue, East Moline, Illinois, 61244 until Tuesday, April 28, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. local time. The Project includes replacement of approximately 2730 LF of 8” watermain and associated service line replacements, valves, hydrants, PCC sidewalk, pavement patching, ditch regrading, storm sewer installation, and other related construction activities along 22^nd Ave from 10^th St west to the ravine; 29^th Ave, 30^th Ave, 31^st Ave from 4^th St A to Kennedy Drive.
