  1. alderman vacancy
    Alderman Robert Cheffer will be retiring on April 30th as 6th Ward Alderman.  As there is still one year left on his term, Mayor Freeman is looking for any interested parties to fill that vacancy.  The term would be May 1, 2018 until April 30, 2019.

    Any interested candidate must live in the 6th Ward which is approximately all area east of 13th Street up to 19th Street and everything south of 8th Avenue.
