Vacant-Foreclosed Building Registration
For registration questions, please contact MuniReg, LLC at info@munireg.com or 866-686-4734. On June 16, 2024, the City of East Moline contracted with MuniReg, LLC a third-party company to administer the Vacant Foreclosure Property Ordinance. This ordinance shall require property owners to register all vacant and foreclosed properties through MuniReg, LLC , as ordered by the City of East Moline. Pursuant to the City of East Moline’s Ordinance 24-07, as a mechanism to preserve integrity of the community, general nuisance prevention, property value retention, health and public safety of the East Moline community, properties that are vacant or foreclosed must be registered.
