East Moline, IL, is located on the banks of the Mississippi River approximately 160 miles West of Chicago along Interstate 80 and IL 88. The Cities of East Moline, Moline and Rock Island, Illinois along with Davenport and Bettendorf, Iowa are also known as the Quad Cities.

The City of East Moline has over 20,000 residents in approximately nine square miles. The population density is 2.254 per square mile. The East Moline Police Department has 40 sworn officers and 12 support staff to help maintain the quality of life for the citizens of East Moline, IL.
