The City of East Moline has adopted and enforces the 2003 edition of the International Building Code, the 2003 International Mechanical Code, the 2003 International Property Maintenance Code, the 2003 International Residential Code, the 2003 International Fuel Gas Code, the Uniform Minimum Plumbing Standards Code of the City of East Moline, subject to the provisions of the Illinois State Plumbing Code, and the 2002 edition of the National Electric Code.
