The East Moline Police Department Color / Honor Guard was formed in 1996. This Color / Honor Guard was the first in the history of our Department. The function of the Color / Honor Guard is to present our nation, state and city colors in parades and other memorial services. The Color / Honor Guard is made up of eleven police officers who volunteer their time in the Color / Honor Guard. For information please contact the East Moline Police Department at 752-1545.
