Schedule of Regular Meeting Dates for The City of East Moline Council and Committee-of-the-Whole Meetings for the Calendar Year 2008 Pursuant to the Opening Meetings Act Click to Download Schedule (PDF) Pursuant to Section 2.03 of the Open Meetings Act, 5ILCS 120/2.03, The City of East Moline has prepared and makes available this Schedule of regular meeting dates for the Calendar Year of 2008.  The City of East Moline may schedule other special meetings, emergency meetings, and reconvened meetings as deemed necessary and as allowed by law pursuant to Section 2.02 of the Open Meetings Act, 5ILCS 120/2.02, in addition to any amendments or other modifications to the regular meeting date schedule.  All regular meetings unless otherwise notified shall take place at 6:30p.m. in the City Council Chambers at City Hall, 915 – 16th Avenue, East Moline, Illinois, as follows: January 22, 2008 (Tuesday) February 4, 2008 February 19, 2008  (Tuesday)  March 3, 2008 March 17, 2008 April 7, 2008 April 21, 2008 May 5, 2008 May 19, 2008 June 2, 2008 June 16, 2008 July 7, 2008 July 21, 2008 August 4, 2008 August 18, 2008 September 2, 2008 (Tuesday) September 15, 2008 October 6, 2008 October 20, 2008 November 3, 2008 November 17, 2008 December 1, 2008 December 15, 2008 This schedule of regular meeting dates was adopted pursuant to a vote of the City Council,  of the City of East Moline, at the regular meeting held on December 3, 2007.
