SITE INFORMATION What we seek: We seek retailers large and small. For downtown we are looking in particular for ethnic businesses. Downtown East Moline is already home to close to a dozen international businesses; we seek no less than to become THE international downtown of the Quad Cities. Out on Avenue of the Cities, we are looking for large retailers and office development. We have a number of sites available, most with prime frontage. In all cases we have a number of incentive programs that we can use to put together the right package for your business. AERIAL PHOTO OF COMMERCIAL SITES IN EAST MOLINE: (See bottom of page for brochures of commercial sites in East Moline.) With the closing of Case New-Holland 4 years ago a tremendous opportunity opened up for East Moline. The CNH site is 150+ acres on the Mississippi River, levee protected, with commanding views east and west along the Riverfront. Case New-Holland and the City are in the process of developing an RFP and a master concept for the site. It is expected that this site will become the pre-eminent mixed use development on the riverfront in the Quad Cities, with entertainment, recreational, retail, residential, and office all sharing a tremendous location. The Quarter Seasonal retail space ranging up to 3,000 square feet is also available in the Beacon Harbor complex. Call for more details! East Moline Industrial Park The most recent occupants of EMIP are MetoKote, Inc. and Jacobson Warehouse, Inc. The combined 407,000 S.F. facility, covering nearly 19 acres, employs over 250 people opened in Spring 1998. Several other firms are exploring EMIP's available parcels. If you are looking for a quality business park location, check out the EMIP site information and you will see that EMIP is a choice you should consider!
